    How Do I make payment?
    And what Payment method's do you accept?

    A: Paypal & Direct Deposit

    At Our checkout you select your preferred payment option
    If it's Paypal please note you do not have to have a paypal account to order.

    Paymate. is australian owned creditcard merchant it accepts visa and mastercard only.

    If it's Direct Deposit you will recieve a email confirmation of your order and it will include our deposit details on it simply pop in your invoice number in the Reference box so we know it's your order.
    (orders will not be sent until payment is cleared)

    Q: Privacy
    If I order or sign up to your newsletter how safe are my details will it be given away off sold to other parties?

    A: We Respect all our customers and subcribers so the answer is we will never sell or give away your details.

    We keep in use this information for future promotions and surveys and just to update our customer of up and coming sales or discounts or even prize give aways.
    If you ever recieve a phone call from staff of Love Mum it will be in regard to a current order you have undertaken and for no other reason.

    We make available to all our customer's their personal record if you would like to view or update please email us on the contact page and we will forward our security id check for you to scan and send back to us as we will never just hand to anyone. We want all our customers to know we will always protect your privacy!

    Q: Refunds and Exchanges
    What are your refund and Exchange Policy's?

    A: With Faulty items need to be sent back within 14 days to our PO BOX (on contact page) for either a full refund or exchange (upon inspection of the product a refund may be granted).

    We do not accept Responsiblity for items that are damaged once it leaves our warehouse we inspect all products upon shipment and they are in good working order.

    Products returned must have orginal tags and packaging and be in good condition upon return.

    How Long Will my order take to come?

    A: We Say between 5-7 days in regular periods but in such time as stocktake sales or % off sales please allow up to 28 days during these heavy demand times.
    all orders are sent by Australia Post unless it is a large item where it will be shipped from Fastways.
